bis übermorgen and ab übermorgen are both useful. But for the simple appointment it is just wir treffen uns übermorgen, no am needed there

I would still put the actual date in an email. übermorgen is perfect when both people are talking today, but if the message sits unread overnight, now the cute little word is a mess.

Capital letters are the trap here. I write wir sehen uns übermorgen, small ü, but übermorgen Abend with big A because Abend is the noun. My Austrian friend writes übermorgen Früh too, which looked wrong to me first
